Job Description - we are seeking applications for the position of Accountant/Bookkeeper. The position will initially be part-time but with the correct candidate develop quickly into a full time position.
Responsibilities - The responsibilities will include all general accounting functions of a company including: Accounts receivables / Accounts payable / Accounts reconcilations / Daily data entry / Daily and weekly financial reporting to executive management /Other general and accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements - Must be proficient in Quickbooks Premier 2007 / Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Demonstration of excellent analytical and financial problem solving skills / Attention to detail and accuracy / Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) / Ability to prioritize work effectively in a changing environment / Good verbal and written communication skills / Ability to work independently and with our small administrative team.
